Job Description

Your mission is to engage companies in the Wholesale & Distribution (W&D) sector and drive interest in A2000ERP especially those exploring or already adopting InvoiceNow. You’ll identify gaps in their current operations, position A2000ERP’s Finance, Inventory, Distribution, and InvoiceNow modules, and convert them into qualified demo appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to companies in the Wholesale & Distribution industry using targeted contact lists.
  • Prioritise businesses showing interest in InvoiceNow / Peppol e-invoicing, and pitch how A2000ERP streamlines compliance and workflow automation.
  • Uncover pain points: inventory accuracy, fulfilment speed, stock visibility, pricing control, procurement workflow, and finance integration.
  • Qualify prospects based on transaction volume, number of SKUs, warehouse setup, and experience with ERP System.
  • Book product demos and coordinate with the sales consultant for smooth handover.
  • Follow up with warm leads from IMDA InvoiceNow directories, marketing campaigns, or referrals.
  • Keep CRM updated with lead status, call notes, and next steps.
  • Hit clear KPIs: call volume, conversions, demo bookings, and lead quality.

Requirements

  • Telemarketing / inside-sales experience preferred, especially B2B.
  • Strong phone communication with clear, confident, and able to handle objections.
  • Advantage if familiar with W&D workflows, stock movement, and e-invoicing basics.
  • Comfortable making 80–120 outbound calls/day.
  • Persistent, structured, and results-driven.
