Description:
We are looking to hire a part-time role for a Sales & Marketing Communications Executive to assist in sales-related activities primarily and marketing communications work as secondary. The role is expected to engage actively in the B2B sales process, including follow-up actions for events and exhibitions held by the company. This also includes small events on a B2C basis, where the incumbent shall act as the contact point and liaison for both guests and vendors. The incumbent shall also assist in the event's marketing communications effort, which can include assisting in the creation and dissemination of marketing materials. The incumbent reports directly to the Director and Group Director for Marketing.

Job Scope:
- To jointly plan & implement ideas and operational requirements for the company's events and marketing activities.
- Initiate sales engagement & follow-up with clients to participate in the company's events, specifically the Singapore Watch Fair in October 2022.
- To Engage, Coordinate and manage third-party vendors on their delivery of service(s) for the company's events and marketing activities.
- Coordinate and manage the concierge and support services for both participating exhibitors and visitors of Singapore Watch Fair and other events of the company.
- To assist in the creation and dissemination of marketing materials to communications channels of company's events and retail business unit.
- Collaborate and Liaise with vendors on graphical requirements for the purpose of implementing advertising campaigns, events, product productions, video production, visual merchandising & print.
- To adapt to shifting priorities and work within an entrepreneurial culture.
Salary:
Intern: $800/month,$600 during probation. Must commit at least 4 hours of work every working day
Contract: $2000-2500/month, $2000 during probation (CPF payable for Singaporeans) with profit sharing on sales (5 days work week)
