99ardent – Barista / Barmaid

A new and upcoming cafe/bistro located in the east of Singapore. Filling up your tummies and quenching your thirst by night with an interesting concept.

The bartender is an expert in spirits, liqueurs and cocktails. He/she knows his/her way around the different styles of beverages served at the restaurant and the techniques required to craft & serve. The bartender can comfortably recommend a glass of wine, a cocktail or an aperitif to our guest. The bartender has a strong knowledge of food in general and beverage menu in particular. (Their skills must be at the same level as a captain, as many guests choose to dine at the bar.)

-Prepare all types of beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic)

-Take daily inventory of bar equipment, stocks and supplies

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area and storage space

-Rectify deficiencies as requested

-Ensure efficiency in daily set-up and closing

-Ordering of items to make sure all items is well stocked for the Bar

-Ensure that all beverages are of a high standard and produced in a timely fashion
