Job Description

We are looking for a digital savvy, data-driven and results oriented Performance Marketing Intern to fuel our digital marketing campaign efforts. You enjoy understanding a user’s digital journey in searching for a home and have key interests in analysing data to assist in the execution and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.


What you'll do:

  • Assist the digital marketing manager in execution of digital marketing campaigns across web, app, search, display and social advertising to drive conversions on the portal
  • Assist in the monitoring of weekly metrics reporting across digital channels 
  • Co-develop and assist in the evaluation of A/B test campaign results
  • Identify trends and insights and keep abreast of new social media or web technologies, and digital marketing trends

What you are:

  • Strong passion in various aspects of digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and a keen eye on data.
  • Able to work independently and is a self-starter.
  • Problem solver in a multi-tasking, fast-paced business environment.
  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Operational knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords (SEM, Display) and Facebook campaigns would be advantageous.
  • Operational knowledge with the latest marketing or ad serving tools like AdWords Editor, Power Editor would be advantageous.
