Job Description

Events & AdOps Intern

We are looking for a self-motivated intern to support our advertising operations efforts and execute our digital campaigns & events across board. You will learn the ad trafficking process while providing support to the team.

In this role, you will enjoy dynamic and challenging opportunities for one who is keen in considering a career in the online advertising industry, who wishes to learn about emerging media channels, and at the same time enjoys the fast-paced environment in marketing and sales. You will also be given opportunities to grow into a larger role within the marketing umbrella.

What you'll do:

  • Support the team in our day-to-day campaign execution
  • Assist in the creation, execution and delivery of campaigns
  • Assist in planning & executing of events
  • Assist in the presentation development and quality assurance
  • Maintain project timeline and media schedule
  • Monitor online channels for project output
  • Assist advertisers in resolving technical problems and answer questions on materials to be delivered
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

What you have/are/will be:

  • Driven - a self-starter with a passion for meaningful work
  • Organised, with the ability to juggle multiple requests, and when in doubt, ask questions
  • Observant and pay close attention to details
  • Creativity and flexibility in work efforts
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of internet, web browsers and social media
  • Some experience in events management
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft’s Windows 10, Word and Excel and PowerPoint
  • Operating knowledge of MS Office suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Tools is a bonus (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)
