Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Business Development Intern to work alongside our business development manager for exciting new projects in 99.co. This intern will gain first hand exposure to the latest project developments and our best iteration practices while functioning as a cross department link between Biz-dev and all other departments. Hence, it is crucial that the intern has the ability to track massive amounts of information and liaise with people to expedite project timelines.
This intern will be brought on site for vendor pitchings and therefore will be also signing up for a guided journey on corporate relations management. Performing well in this position, will potentially develop the candidate into a prospect for a long term executive role with 99.co.
We are looking at you if you are someone that is:
- smart, hardworking, and proactive person that is not afraid to get stuff done - even unconventionally
- able to embrace both the charms of individuality and teamwork
- flexible and able to think on his/her feet
- able to manage critical project timelines
- competent in Office Suite, in particular Excel
- have a strong interest in real estate and the interlinked business prospects
- not shy to talk to new people
What you’ll be doing:
- assist the business development team to deliver on commitments to vendors
- act as the interface between departments for collaborative projects
- work hand in hand with our Business Development Manager to drive new projects efforts
- support the team with tracking performance and presenting personal analysis to continuously improve strategy
- assist with communications with customers and clients
