90 Seconds Pte Ltd – Sales and Operations Intern

As a market-maker, and with 100% yoy growth trajectory in a rapidly evolving business, 90 Seconds is looking for an energetic and hands-on individual to be part of Sales Strategy and Operations team in our Singapore HQ. We are responsible for analyzing and creating scalable systems that drive strategic values within our Enterprise Sales organisation. Throughout the internship you will have significant impact in building the foundation of a global startup.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE DOING

• Identify inefficiencies in our current sales systems and raise the issue! 
• Collaborate with multiple functions to support regional and global planning
• Assist in data analysis on sales trends using Spreadsheets, Salesforce and Tableau, and turn the analysis into insightful presentations
• Measure the success of Salesforce adoption and enrich the user experience through feature upgrades  
• Think independently and take intelligent risks to start new initiatives

• Strong interpersonal skills, including good communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas in a precise and concise manner
• Detail-oriented and comfortable and able with spreadsheets
• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics or relevant field of study
• Experienced in CRM systems will be a strong plus
