6oz Espresso Bar – Admin / Accounts Executive

6oz Espresso Bar is an award-winning cafe serving your daily dose of traditionally brewed specialty coffee paired with our delectable selections of fresh pastries, bakes and gourmet sandwiches located in the heart of CBD.

Job-scope:

• Paperwork, filing and administrative duties
• Assist with accounts payables
• Generate invoices for billing
• Follow up with claims and new projects
• Meeting deadlines and submitting forms and documents on time
• Meeting minutes and create training materials/SOP
• General HR & Admin duties including contract preparation for new hires, leave administration etc.
• Customer Service. Answering phone calls, replying email queries
• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Director

Requirements:

• Minimum 'O' levels
• Strong command of spoken & written English
• Good IT skills including Microsoft office
• Detail-oriented and meticulous, ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Sense of responsibility and willingness to take on new challenges
• Self-motivated and a positive attitude
• High initiative and able to work independently with strong organisational skills
• Possess flexible pro-active approach to work, being able to prioritise well and plan own work
• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality in a professional and objective manner
