Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle HR processes including recruitment, onboarding and retention, termination, compensation and benefits, employment contract matters, work pass processes and employee relations / welfare.
  • Maintain and update all employee data/documents promptly and accurately
  • Perform payroll duties and handle employees queries promptly
  • Maintain staff insurance records and liaise with the agent for insurance claims/renewal
  • Establish and maintain appropriate filing and information flow systems
  • Provide administrative support
  • Perform reception duties, address all general inquiries and attend to office security matters
  • Assist in reviewing contracts and managing contract renewals (e.g. office insurance, medical insurance, rental etc.)
  • Ensure that the organization charts are up to date to reflect any changes
  • Assist in preparation and verification of employees’ claims
  • Office maintenance and general office duties, including ordering of pantry supplies
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Only Singaporeans / PRs will be taken into consideration
  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Human Resources or relevant field
  • Possess good working attitude and communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years working experience in similar capacity
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates may also be considered.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a MUST to liaise with our Chinese associates
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Those with start-up experience is an added advantage
  • Able to start work immediately is a plus
