5 Landmark Construction Pte Ltd – Business Development Intern (Architecture Outreach)

We are a growing construction/engineering company expanding into landed property projects (rebuilds, A&A, reconstruction). We’re looking for an intern to support our outreach to boutique architecture firms and help us build strong partnerships in the landed housing market

Responsibilities

• Research and compile a list of architecture firms specializing in landed homes.
• Assist in outreach (emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) to architects on behalf of the company.
• Maintain a simple CRM (Excel/Google Sheet) to track contacts, responses, and follow-ups.
• Support preparation of builder profile materials (one-pagers, decks).
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with architects.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and willing to learn about the construction/architecture industry.
• Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building tasks.
• Students from business, architecture, engineering, or design 
• backgrounds are welcome.

Internship Details
