Job Description

Operations Intern (3 - 6 Months)


Responsibilities:

  • Orders Processing and Maintenance: Ensure user orders are accurately recorded, processed and fulfilled on internal tools
  • Inventory: Monitor inventory levels and advise Management/ Procurement on purchase type and quantity
  • Warehouse Management: Ensuring inbound and outbound logistics are in order and ready for packing and delivery

  • Manpower management: Manage part-time staff for merchandise packing and delivery

Requirements:

1 Skills

  • Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Demonstrated leadership
  • Experience is not required

2) Qualities

  • A good team-player
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced start-up environment

Minimum commitment: 3 months (either full time or 3 days / week)
