Job Description

• Master of all communication channels: Relate to customers on the phone, reply via email and social meda
• Able to communicate in English, Chinese and Bahasa 
• Empathetic but resilient: You deeply care about customers but always remain calm
• Extrovert personality: you love speaking to people and help them resolve any issues and enquiries
• Proficient in MS office application, in particular MS Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts and handle customer complaints

Requirements

• Answer general questions about 42Race via chat/email/ social media 
• Communicate comfortably in English, Chinese and Bahasa
• The ability to write and create content creatively and effectively
• A passion for making a difference for our users
• Relentlessly resourceful at problem-solving
• Be responsive and take initiative
• A healthy curiosity to learn about various aspects of the industry
• A keen eye for detail
• A desire to learn, grow, and contribute beyond the immediate job scope

Salary

3000~ 3500 RM/month depending on experience
