25 Holdings – Supply Chain Intern

The primary areas of responsibility of this role will be to:

• Analyze the supply chain metrics, optimize the stock levels with capacity planning, inventory, and fulfillment efficiency
• Forecast demands, plan product roadmaps to ensure a 100% fill-rate for key products and present information with written reports
• Understanding the business process and identify key bottlenecks in the value chain and come up with solutions to resolve them
• Work with cross-departmental teams to ensure gaps are filled for optimized product listing and monthly sales forecast
• Able to track, meet and manage timelines with 3rd party vendors worldwide, ensuring consistency and quality from external vendors
• Understand Product plans, progress, launches, gather applicable compliance requirements and communicate requirements to Research and Design team 
• Ensure the commissioning process is successful before and during the launch of products

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and highly analytical with excellent problem solving and math skills
• Able to communicate ideas effectively and in a concise manner
• Good listener with strong leadership skills
• Highly organized

Skills

• MS Office with advanced Excel data mining skills is a plus
• SQL. Knowledge of Excel-VBA, Tableau is a plus
• Chinese-language skills is a plus (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
