Job Description

About The Role 

We are currently looking for talented individuals who are smart and passionate-driven who can handle multiple projects and add value to the growing team of 25 Holdings.

As a People Operations Intern, you will be responsible for creating a friendly environment workplace. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure that all goals are met. 

What You’ll Need

  • Work close with the People Operations and leadership team to build a talent pipeline to facilitate their team culture and business objectives
  • Perform competitive research, industry benchmarking and best practices that will set the company apart from the rest 
  • Analyse different business units to propose and review compensation and benefits schemes
  • Identify business grant opportunities in building manpower capabilities within the Southeast Asian countries 
  • Drive employer branding by monitoring social media channels and creating content 
  • Constantly review and implement company policies, programmes and practices that foster growth, innovation, and organisational effectiveness across the region 
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and events to improve and build a strong company culture
  • Provide support in administrative functions to help increase employee productivity across the organization 

What You’ll Need

  • Current enrollment in an Accredited College or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, SPSS, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies in HRMS. 
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws.
