New café with overseas presence is venturing into Singapore. Be the pioneer batch to join them in their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee beverages including Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte according to café’s standards and recipes
• Grind coffee beans and operate coffee bean machine
• Steam milk for coffee beverages
• Create latte art for beverages as needed
• Clean and maintain cleanliness of coffee machines
• Practice food hygiene and preparation in accordance to standard operating procedures
• Ensure spaces are clean and organized

Requirements:

• Good understanding on type of coffee beans, roast levels, brewing methods and flavor profiles
• Knows how to operate grinders and espresso machines
• Skillful in latte art
• Able to work shift work including public holidays and weekend due to job requirements and shop opening hours as needed
• Strong adaptability and communication skills
• Independent and fast learner
• Possess Food Safety Level 1 certification for F&B requirements
