Digital Client Strategist / Account Executive / Account Manager (Intern to Full-time)
The Role
Digital Client Strategist are in charge of accounts management of assigned accounts. They will be the main liaison between assigned accounts and our internal to ensuring campaigns and editorial post client approval, track budgets and costs, and ensure that the projects run smoothly and are completed on time.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Liaison between key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Understand the overall client business objectives and develop strategies as needed
- Work closely with the client, creative and marketing team to prepare briefs and timelines and align with campaign goals
- Present the campaign ideas, budget and client reports to the client
- Managing clients Socials
- Respond promptly to clients’ concerns, feedback and request while ensuring regular updates on the statuses of each project/campaign
Who are we looking for?
- Strong knowledge and interest in understanding digital marketing concepts and marketing best practices
- Meticulous and able to think of solutions to problems
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and writing
- Self-starter who is not afraid of challenges, takes initiative, and good interpersonal in interaction and professionalism.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently and in a team
- A keen eye for detail
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
