We're looking for a proactive and organised Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with influencers, engaging with customers on social media, and coordinating appointments, we'd love to hear from you!

• Source, liaise, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns, bookings, and content schedules.
• Reply to customer enquiries on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Arrange and confirm customer appointments with our outlets.
• Follow up with customer enquiries to improve conversion rates.
• Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Maintain accurate records of influencer collaborations and customer bookings.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with Chinese-speaking customers and influencers).
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and social media platforms.
• Well-organised, responsible, and able to multitask.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in customer service, influencer marketing, or digital marketing is an advantage but not required.
