We're looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy keeping things organised, coordinating schedules, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent support to both our team and customers, we'd love to hear from you!

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing daily administrative duties, responding to customer enquiries, coordinating appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. If you're a strong multitasker with excellent communication and organisational skills, we'd love to welcome you to our team.

Job Scope

• Coordinate influencer campaigns, bookings, and content schedules.
• Reply to customer enquiries on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Arrange and confirm customer appointments with our outlets.
• Follow up with customer enquiries to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of influencer collaborations and customer bookings.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English & Chinese 
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and social media platforms.
• Well-organised, responsible, and able to multitask.
