The programme is designed to provide students with a holistic understanding of the financial services industry, while cultivating essential professional and personal development skills. Through a blend of interactive workshops, industry panels, wellness activities, and community engagement, participants will gain valuable exposure to AIA’s culture and the career as a Financial Consultant.
