Outreach Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Outreach team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of large-scale outreach events, help coordinate corporate campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all promotional materials.

You will also play a key role in growing our "Friends of SPH" community, drafting communications for external partners, and conducting research into audience behaviours and industry trends to inform future campaigns.

During your internship period, your tasks will include:

1. Outreach & Event Coordination

- Event Logistics & Presence: Assist in organising and executing large-scale outreach events to ensure a seamless, professional brand presence on-site.

- Campaign Support: Help coordinate corporate outreach campaigns, ensuring all visual assets and promotional materials align with brand standards.

2. Community Engagement & Audience Outreach

- Community Growth: Support initiatives designed to engage target audiences and expand the "Friends of SPH" member base.

- Partner Outreach: Draft communications and help manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and event collaborators.

3. Research, Content & Analytics

- Audience & Market Research: Gather data on industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitor outreach efforts to inform future campaign ideas.

- Tracking & Reporting: Collect metrics and feedback from outreach events to help evaluate campaign success and measure audience engagement.
