Overview
The Xander Group, Inc. is the sponsor of multiple, independent, financial services and real estate businesses and partnerships, based in Singapore and India, including in private equity real estate, private debt, real estate development and operations, and property advisory and management. Xander pioneered foreign investment in real estate in India in 2005, and the PERE firm it subsequently sponsored, is a leading real estate investment manager for that country.

Leveraging its experience, reach, and deep knowledge of successfully investing in, and operating multiple businesses in the world’s largest emerging market through market cycles, Xander is an active private and public investor in global emerging markets, in traditional and tech enabled real estate ventures (prop-tech), retail, entertainment, hospitality, and new asset management companies.

Xander blends the highest standards of corporate governance, and a hungry localized operational approach, to help build and scale platforms and partnerships that consistently generate benchmark-beating returns.

The Xander Funds have provided global institutional, and accredited investors, profitable access to India’s burgeoning but complex real estate markets. Since 2005, the Xander funds have raised USD 3 billion of equity from the world’s largest pension funds, charitable endowments, and financial institutions across blind pool, co-mingled funds, sector funds like retail and value-add office, and customized advisory and managed accounts.

For 21 years, the Xander funds have invested and harvested through market cycles, consistently generating returns that beat their benchmark index. Collectively, they have invested in, acquired, and developed over 108 million square feet in 6 primary, and 24 secondary geographical Indian sub-markets, across all real estate classes including office, retail, industrial, budget and luxury hotels, warehousing, condominiums, serviced residences, and large suburban master planned communities and townships. Some funds have invested in urban infrastructure like community centers, special economic zones, toll roads and transit-oriented developments.

The Xander funds are advised and managed by Xander Investment Management, an asset management company headquartered in Singapore.

Xander is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All aspects of employment, including the decision to hire, promote, discipline, or discharge, will be based on merit, competence, performance, and business needs.
