Herohomes District – Content Producer Intern

HeroHomes is a 60-agent residential property team within PropNex Realty, led by Heikal Shafrudin (Associate Group District Director, CEA Reg No. R016820G). We help HDB owners make property upgrade decisions with clarity, grounded in CPF math, financing and exit planning rather than sales pressure.

We publish short-form video regularly on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, covering real properties, showflats, market updates, and explainers on CPF, financing and transaction figures.

We're hiring a Content Producer intern. You'd run your own shoots and edits, not assist on someone else's, and your work gets published on our channels.

What you'd be making:
- Short-form vertical reels for Instagram and TikTok (most of the work)
- Agent and team content: talking heads, event coverage, training clips, personal-brand pieces
- Explainers on CPF, financing and transaction figures, usually with on-screen graphics. You'll get help with the property side.

How it runs:
- Solo shoots on location: camera, lighting and audio handled by one person
- Edit start to finish in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro
- Weekly turnaround. Our last intern produced 34 finished pieces in 10 weeks (about 3 to 4 a week)
- About 40% of briefs are locked (script and shot list set, mostly pieces with figures or compliance requirements). About 60% are open: you plan the shot list, setting and look.
- If you're keeping pace by around week 8, you can pitch and produce your own piece.

Requirements:
- You can run a shoot alone and edit it start to finish without supervision from day one
- Any course, any school or institution. Interns not attached to a school are also welcome.

Details:
- $700 to $900 per month, depending on experience
- One school term (16 or 20 weeks) or one school year
- Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, one day from home
- Optional overseas trips to film team events and market visits
- No full-time role is promised at the end of the internship
