3-6 Months HR Intern (Talent Acquisition)

Position: HR / Recruitment Intern

• Assist in recruitment and talent sourcing activities
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Post job advertisements across recruitment platforms
• Conduct candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment records
• Assist with HR administrative duties and onboarding arrangements
• Support recruitment consultants in daily operations

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
• Comfortable interacting with candidates and clients
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• No prior recruitment experience required
