While your peers are making decks for people who make decks, you'll be here actually doing things. Creating content that goes live. Building campaigns from scratch. Seeing your ideas go from a voice note to a real-world activation, sometimes within the same week.

We're a homegrown Singapore brand that lives at the intersection of trends, creativity, and hands-on fun. From our iconic DIY clicker keychain booths, where guests build their own mechanical fidget keychain from scratch - to satisfying squishies and sensory slime parties, everything we make is designed to spark joy you can actually feel.

We don't wait for trends to come to us. We chase them, create around them, and sometimes set them. Our brand spans corporate events, school and preschool live stations, retail consignment at Isetan, Hypha Provisions and POPPINS, and TikTok Live commerce - and we're always cooking something up.

At a big company, you might spend six months updating a spreadsheet and sitting in on meetings you weren't invited to speak at. Here, you'll touch every part of the business - content, events, product, community and leave with a portfolio that actually shows what you can do.  Job Description

Position: Creative Marketing Intern
Location: MacPherson, Singapore (On-site, 5 days/week)
Duration: 6 months
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Work Schedule: Shift weeks — weekday and weekend days vary on a rotating basis
Allowance: SGD 800 (Poly) - 1200 (Uni) / month

What You'll Do

Your primary focus will be content creation and social media marketing — creating content that actually gets watched, building our community, and keeping Spoink relevant in a fast-moving space.

• Create and manage short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, including campaign planning, content ideation, and community engagement
• Assist with influencer and livestreamer coordination and management
• Ad hoc duties as assigned — which may include basic 3D and UV printer operations, and support for pop-up events and other marketing activities

Heads up: We run events every weekend, so interns work on a rotating shift schedule — your 5 working days will rotate across weekdays and weekends. You'll always have 2 days off, just not always on a fixed Saturday/Sunday.

Who We're Looking For

• Polytechnic or University students studying Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Active TikTok, Instagram, Rednote user who keeps up with trends and understands what makes content perform
• Creative, energetic, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people
• Flexible with a rotating shift schedule, including weekends
• Self-starter who can take initiative in a startup environment
• Bonus: into cute things, anime, gaming, fidget toys, squishies, or anything in the satisfying/sensory space
