Job Description

Purpose

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in various HR initiatives and operational activities. This internship provides exposure to a broad range of HR functions, including talent management, employee engagement, communications, training administration, HR projects, and process improvement. 

Key Responsibilities 

HR Projects & Transformation 

Support the planning and execution of HR projects and transformation initiatives. 

Assist in project coordination, timeline tracking, and stakeholder engagement. 

Conduct research and benchmarking on HR best practices and industry trends. 

Prepare presentation materials, reports, and project updates for management. 

Employee Engagement & Communications 

Support the organisation of employee engagement activities and events. 

Assist in the development of HR communications, newsletters, intranet content, and promotional materials.

 Coordinate logistics and track participation for engagement programmes. 

Talent Management & Recruitment 

Assist with recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination. 

Support internship, management associate, and talent development programmes. 

Maintain and update talent management records and databases. 

HR Operations Support data collection, analysis, and preparation of HR reports and dashboards. 

Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with HR policies. 

Assist with administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments as required.
