- Job Description
The Student Experience Intern supports the day-to-day student experience at TLS Tutorials.
This is an operationally focused role involving centre preparation, student support, inventory management, scheduling assistance, customer service, and coordination with educators. You will also support educators with the marking and organisation of students’ work using the answer keys, rubrics, and guidance provided.
Beyond completing daily tasks, you will be encouraged to observe how students and parents experience the centre, identify areas of friction, and help us design more thoughtful and reliable centre experiences.
This role is a subset of our broader Student Success function. It is best suited to someone who enjoys making things run smoothly behind the scenes while remaining warm and helpful when interacting with students and parents.
