Job Description

Role: Site and Project Engineering Intern (alternate title: Project Intern (Civil))

 

Support ConcreteAI construction-tech deployments through civil engineering, site operations, project coordination, field work, and practical problem-solving.

 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, schedule, and track site/project engineering activities.

• Assist with site visits, measurements, inspections, documentation, and issue follow-up.

• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, schedules, progress updates, and records.

• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

• Support installation, testing, commissioning, and deployment of AI and IoT solutions on sites.

• Collect and analyse field/project data; prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and minutes.

• Maintain checklists, risk/issue logs, registers, and documentation; escalate safety or quality concerns.

• Assist process improvement and practical site solutions; perform tasks assigned by the project lead.

 

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed Civil Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Design, Built Environment, or related diploma/degree. Lead majors: Civil, Project Management, Industrial Design, and Built Environment.

• Interest in construction, site operations, project delivery, engineering, and AI/IoT for the built environment.

• Able to interpret basic drawings, plans, schedules, and project documents; analytical, organised, detail-oriented, and a good communicator.

• Comfortable on construction sites and following safety requirements; proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. CAD, BIM, data-analysis, or project-management tools are advantageous.

• Available for the full internship period and able to work in Singapore.

 

Gain practical exposure to civil/project engineering, construction operations, and AI+IoT deployment in real-world projects.
