Role Overview 

We are looking for an intern to support project coordination activities for ongoing energy management / IoT deployments. The role will involve working closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to help move projects from planning to execution. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Track and organize vendor submissions (documents, certifications, approvals) 
• Follow up with vendors to collect missing information 
• Support coordination with client (JLL) for approval processes 
• Maintain a simple tracker for:
  • Vendor status 
  • Approval status 
  • Site readiness 
• Help plan and track installation timelines 
• Assist in coordinating onboarding of sites/devices after approvals 
• Ensure all project steps move smoothly from approval → installation → go-live 

Requirements

• Good communication and follow-up skills 
• Organized and detail-oriented 
• Comfortable working with Excel / trackers 
• Basic understanding of project coordination (no deep technical knowledge needed but understand some basic electrical stuff would be good) 

Good to Have 

• Interest in energy, IoT, or infrastructure projects 
• Prior internship in operations / project support
