LHBM Education Consultancy – Project Intern

LHBM Education Consultancy is a Singapore-based coaching practice specializing in IBDP Business Management for SL and HL students. Founded by Lynn Han, a former IB Business Management teacher at Anglo-Chinese School (Independent), LHBM helps students master exam technique, command-term precision, and IA execution through focused, results-driven coaching. We're expanding into a dual-line consultancy, adding business advisory for founders and SME owners alongside our academic coaching — built on the idea that the same clear-thinking, business-minded approach serves both serious students and serious entrepreneurs. As we scale beyond a solo practice, we're building out systems, content, and client operations to serve more students and founders well.

We're hiring our first intern to help LHBM Education Consultancy scale from a solo coaching practice into a structured, growing business. This is a hands-on generalist role — you'll get real exposure to how an education/coaching business actually runs and grows.

You'll help with:

• Content creation and marketing support (LinkedIn, landing pages, social media)
• Basic admin: scheduling, client onboarding, CRM/tracking upkeep
• Research support for business advisory content and coaching materials
• Light SEO/discoverability work (this is a business actively improving its search visibility)
• Supporting the rollout of new offers as the business expands beyond IBDP coaching into family advisory

Good fit if you're:

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity (early-stage, things will evolve)
• Interested in education, entrepreneurship, or marketing
• A clear, confident business undergraduate
• Currently a student or recent grad based in Singapore
