What You’ll Do
- Support consultants in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
- Conduct market research and talent mapping across different industries
- Engage and communicate with potential candidates
- Assist with candidate screening and interview coordination
- Support the preparation of candidate profiles and recruitment materials
- Gain exposure to client requirements and understand how recruitment consultants manage searches
- Participate in team discussions, meetings and recruitment projects
- Support other business development and recruitment activities where required
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- No prior recruitment experience required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proactive, responsible and comfortable taking initiative
- A team player who enjoys working with people
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
