Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and energetic TikTok Video Creator & Video Editor Intern to collaborate directly on producing engaging short-form video content. In this role, you will play an active, end-to-end part in both filming on-location/in-studio and editing polished TikTok videos.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-Camera & Video Production (Filming)
Active Filming: Setup equipment (smartphone/camera, lighting, audio) and film high-quality short-form video content for TikTok.
On-Camera Participation: Appear in videos, participate in skits/trends, or demonstrate concepts when needed.
Brainstorming & Ideation: Pitch creative video concepts, viral hooks, trending sounds, and storyboards aligned with our target audience.
2. Video Editing & Post-Production
Video Editing: Edit raw footage into engaging, fast-paced TikTok videos using editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
Graphic & Audio Enhancements: Add dynamic captions, subtitles, sound effects, trending audio, transitions, and motion graphics to maximize viewer retention.
Content Optimization: Adapt video content into multi-platform formats (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
Passion for Short-Form Video: Enthusiastic about TikTok trends, viral formats, memes, and visual storytelling.
Technical Skills: Experience with mobile or desktop video editing apps (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
Camera Confidence: Comfortable being on-camera or directing shots behind the scenes.
Creative & Initiative-Driven: Willingness to pitch ideas, test new concepts, and work collaboratively.
