About the Role
We are partnering with a leading construction AI software company focused on making construction sites safer through AI powered video analytics and hazard detection. We are hiring Senior Referral Ambassadors to leverage their industry networks and generate qualified introductions to priority accounts across global construction and infrastructure.
This is an ideal role for senior professionals who have built strong relationships in construction, EPC, or safety technology and are keen to monetise those networks on a flexible basis.
What You Will Do
- Generate and qualify referrals to senior stakeholders at target construction firms and channel partners
- Leverage your existing network across general contractors, EPCs, and safety/security technology providers
- Provide warm introductions and context to accelerate conversations with decision makers
- Work closely with the TIG Launchpad and client team to track opportunities and feedback
- Focus on accounts with large site counts, safety maturity, and expansion potential
Target Companies
We are focused on Tier-1 contractors and partners including companies such as Bechtel, Turner Construction, DPR Construction, Kiewit, Multiplex, Balfour Beatty, PCL Construction, John Holland, Mace Group, and others across the US, UK, AU, CA, ME and APAC.
We also work with strategic channel partners in security integration, smart building, and CCTV/ELV such as Convergint, Johnson Controls, Honeywell Building Solutions, Chubb, ADT Commercial, and Samsara.
Who Should Apply
Current and former employees of the companies listed above or their competitors are welcome to apply. This includes professionals from general construction companies, EPC firms, infrastructure, data center builders, and CCTV, ELV, and security system installers.
We are looking for senior professionals with 3+ years experience, strong industry credibility, and an existing network of VP, Director, or C-level contacts in operations, safety, or technology.
Compensation
Attractive base retainer plus performance commission for qualified referrals that convert to meetings and pipeline. Structure is flexible and designed to reward relationship quality over volume.
Location
Remote / Global. Candidates with networks in US, UK, AU, ME, and APAC are especially encouraged to apply.
