ASA Consultancy is a modern consultancy firm established in 2023, offering a full-service approach to book-keeping, accounting, digitalisation, and management of backend business functions. We working closely with another legal entity shipping company on the back end operations, support on crew and vessel management portal.
IT Systems & Support Intern (Office-based Role)
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the maintenance and administration of the company portal to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Support and perform basic programming and coding tasks for internal projects under guidance from the team.
Assist in developing and automating simple workflows using Google Apps Script and Excel macros.
Support the writing, testing, and documentation of Python scripts for data processing and system integration tasks.
Provide support for daily system operations and participate in basic continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
Internship period at least 3 month; preferrable 3 - 6 months
