About The Role
Lead creative, visual, and UX/UI design for Hethena — setting the direction for campaigns, social, website, and brand assets while building an AI-assisted creative workflow the team can scale with.
What You'll Do
- Set the creative direction for campaigns, social graphics, website visuals, and brand assets.
- Shape UX/UI and website design directions that make Hethena feel clear, trustworthy, and easy to understand.
- Build and lead AI-assisted creative workflows that speed up ideation, production, and iteration.
- Review and elevate creative work from interns and partners, keeping quality high and consistent.
- Partner with growth and content to make sure creative supports what is being tested.
- Own the visual system that keeps Hethena feeling modern, trustworthy, and distinct.
What We Look For
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in creative, visual, UX/UI, or website design for a consumer, health, or AI brand.
- Strong visual taste and a portfolio that shows range across campaigns, social, web, and brand assets.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Midjourney, Runway, Claude, or similar AI and design tools.
- Comfort using AI agents or AI-assisted workflows to speed up research, ideation, creative exploration, and production.
- Comfort giving and receiving feedback, and mentoring less senior designers.
