INTERNSHIP DETAILS:
Internship Position: Front Office
Employer: 5 Star Luxury International Hotel
Location: Sentosa Island (Staff shuttle bus from HarbourFront MRT Station is provided)
Duration: Minimum 6 months (Shorter duration is not acceptable)
Allowance: Basic S$1,200 – S$1,600 per month (excluding overtime).
Working Schedule: 5 days per week (Minimum 44 hours per week; overtime compensated).
This internship is open only to:
- Singaporean Citizen (SC)
- Singapore Permanent Residents (PR)
- Work Holiday Pass (WHP) holders
Note: Employer does not have a Work Visa quota.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in welcoming and checking in guests, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
Support the team with guest check-outs and billing procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and professionally.
Assist with reservations, room allocations, and guest profiles.
Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments for guest needs.
Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks.
Uphold hotel service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned by Front Office Supervisors/Managers.
