This role offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure to business strategy, consulting, marketing, research, and operational functions within a growing organisation. The successful candidate will work alongside senior management to support business initiatives, client engagements, and strategic projects, while developing an understanding of commercial decision-making, business planning, and advisory practices.
Responsibilities include conducting research and analysis to support business recommendations, preparing proposals, reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials, and assisting with projects that contribute to the organisation's growth objectives. The candidate will also support marketing and business development activities, including digital campaigns, brand-building initiatives, and lead generation efforts. This involves monitoring campaign performance, analysing results, and contributing ideas to improve outreach, engagement, and customer acquisition strategies.
In addition, the role involves collecting and analysing business data, tracking project progress and key performance indicators, and preparing reports that provide meaningful insights for management review. The candidate will assist in identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement to support informed decision-making.
The successful candidate will also conduct research on business developments, financial markets, economic trends, and industry-related topics.
