Event Survey Promoters (for Feedback Purposes)
- Location: Islandwide Sport Centers
- $15 / hour, approximately 3 to 8-hour shift subject to event schedule
- Able to commit for at least 3 – 4 event days between Mid Jul to Early Aug, including a balanced mix of weekdays and weekends.
Job Scope
- Able to approach event attendees to encourage survey self-completion
- Able to handle attendees’ queries and feedback, customer service oriented
- Adhere to work schedules and submit feedback and updates to the supervisor timely
- Survey promoter will be required to meet reasonable hourly targets
Job requirements and expectations
- Education level: GCE "N'' Level and above preferably
- Relevant experience in customer service would be beneficial
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (with intermittent breaks in between)
