Job Description

Internship Opportunity – Market Research & Strategy

Join us for a 3-month internship (July–September 2026) and gain hands-on experience supporting strategic initiatives in Singapore's community care sector. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will contribute to a fast-paced research project focused on client segmentation, market mapping, competitor analysis, and industry trends. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in research, strategy, healthcare, community care, and business development, while working closely with senior leadership on projects that influence organizational growth and decision-making.

What you’ll do

  • design and execute a market study on client segments, training needs, and course-to-segment fit
  • Coordinate and document focus groups (Jul–Aug) with students/graduates, community care organizations, and sector leaders — scheduling, note-taking, and data and insights analysis
  • Conduct competitor analysis of CET training providers in the eldercare and community care space
  • Assist in preparing first-cut findings for management presentation in September

What we are looking for

  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in business, social sciences, public policy, or related field or with interest in market research
  • Strong research and synthesis skills
  • Organised and detail-oriented — able to manage interview logistics and clean data independently
  • Good written English; ability to summarise qualitative findings clearly
  • Interest in adult learning, healthcare, or the ageing sector is a plus

What you’ll gain

Direct exposure to the Executive Director, hands-on experience in market research within Singapore’s CET landscape, and a tangible portfolio piece — your work will feed directly into a management-level report.
