Inner Child Creations is a small-batch, made-in-Singapore brand creating playful, functional products. We work closely with seniors in our neighbourhood through micro-jobs and value thoughtful design, making, and community impact.
We’re looking for an intern who enjoys making things, is curious about product development, and wants to experience how a small creative brand brings ideas to life.
1. Product Development & Making
- Participate in designing and refining new ICC products
- Assist with small-batch production and prototyping
- Learn to print, cut, and prep products
- Support micro-job workflows with seniors (materials prep, process support)
2. Production & Studio Support
- Assist with simple assembly and quality checks
- Help keep the studio organised and production-ready
3. Order Fulfilment
- Pack and fulfil orders when needed to support daily operations
You'll get end-to-end exposure: from idea to making, to production and delivery.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum Diploma (Poly) and above, preferably in Design, Product, or related fields
- Interested in product design, making, or small-batch production
- Good with your hands: enjoys DIY, crafting, or assembling things
- Curious, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working independently after guidance
- Open to working alongside seniors in a community setting
Bonus (not required):
Design or craft background
Experience with handmade products
Basic photo/video skills
COMMITMENT
- Mon–Fri, ~10am–7pm, alternating Saturdays
- Some weekend event support may be needed
- Minimum 3 months
- In-person only (Queenstown/Bukit Merah)
