Job Description

Major Job Responsibilities/Duties

  • Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across target industries and markets
  • Drive revenue growth within existing accounts by identifying upselling, cross-selling and strategic partnership opportunities
  • Achieve sales, retention and business growth targets aligned with organisational objectives
  • Build and maintain strong long term client relationships through proactive engagement and solution oriented consultation
  • Utilise CRM system to effectively manage pipelines, document customer interactions, track opportunities and maintain accurate sales forecasting
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations and customised business solutions tailored to client requirements
  • Analyze clients’ operational and workflow challenges to recommend suitable localization, automation, and AI-powered language solutions
  • Conduct consultative discussions with clients on the adoption of AI-driven translation technologies, machine translation, workflow automation, and localization process optimization
  • Collaborate closely with internal operational, production, and technology teams to design customized AI-enabled solutions based on client business needs
  • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, generative AI developments, machine translation trends, localization technologies, and digital transformation advancements relevant to the industry
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of technology-enabled business solutions, SaaS-based platforms, automation tools, and AI-assisted productivity systems
  • Support the organization’s innovation initiatives by identifying opportunities to integrate AI and technology solutions into client workflows and internal processes






Job Qualifications & Skills Preferred/Required


Required skills:

  • Strong qualifying skills - Ability to research prospects, analyze potential untapped revenue against business drivers and assess commercial feasibility
  • Outstanding presentation, preparation and delivery skills (from Executive to C suites)
  • Solution selling and consultative sales methodologies
  • Conceptual understanding of AI-driven localization and how automation applies to enterprise language solutions
  • Business centric in developing ROI for clients to understand the value of solution
  • Ability to articulate and align organization solutions with clients’ vision to executives and business line managers
  • Ability to work and communicate with technical people
  • Organized and methodical in approach
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude in the face of change, client centric mindset and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and focus when under pressure and tight deadlines


Required Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a related field (Business administration, Marketing). MBA is a plus.
  • 5-8 years of sales experience is a must for Manager role
  • Above 8 years will be considered for Associate Director role
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (For executive role)
  • Experience in translations/ localization industry is preferred but not required
  • Experience in using Salesforce preferred but not required
  • Proven track record of selling technology solutions that involve automation, AI integrations is a plus
