OH! Open House is an independent arts organisation that tells alternative stories of Singapore through art. Since 2009, we have provided more than 70,000 people with the unique experience of appreciating art and heritage outside of museums and galleries – from strangers’ homes to underutilised public spaces. We work with artists to present art in unconventional locations, or in surprising new ways. Through our diverse programmes, OH! creates opportunities to understand and connect with the everyday on a more meaningful level.

For the past 17 years, we've invited people to step into forgotten buildings, walk unfamiliar streets, meet unexpected neighbours, and discover new perspectives on Singapore through art. Working alongside artists, communities, organisations, and public agencies, we create projects that uncover overlooked stories and ask how our spaces shape the way we live together.
We're looking for a Communications and Engagement Executive who is excited by storytelling, people, and ideas. You'll help shape how OH! communicates with audiences, donors, partners, volunteers, and the wider public, while growing the communities that make our work possible.

Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Relations & Communications - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, sponsors, and community representatives.
Donor Relations & Stewardship - Manage donor communications and engagement activities to strengthen relationships and support retention, and maintain accurate donor records and engagement histories within relevant systems.
Audience Engagement - Design, implement and monitor audience engagement initiatives across digital, social, email, and community channels.
Marketing & Brand Management - Develop and execute evergreen and project-specific marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and participation.
Content Development - Produce or manage content creators and copywriters to deliver written, visual, and multimedia content tailored to diverse audiences.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Arts Management, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
Excellent organisational and project management abilities, including managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team and partners.
Preferred:
Experience managing stakeholder and donor relationships.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Familiarity with graphic design, website content management, or marketing automation tools.
Experience with CRM, donor management, or stakeholder engagement platforms is a plus.
