About Goal360
Goal360 is a youth development programme that integrates:

- Academic & learning support
- Character & life skills development
Our programmes are designed around the Scholar-Athlete Blueprint* - helping students grow in football, academics, and life through structure, reflection, and consistent development.
We are looking for coaches who:
- Enjoy working with children and teenagers
- Communicate well with both players and parents
- Value discipline, growth, and long-term development
- Can create engaging, structured sessions
- Are open to learning and collaborating as part of a coaching team
Football qualifications and coaching experience are preferred, though we are also open to promising developing coaches with the right attitude and values.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct football training sessions
- Support player development in both technical and personal areas
- Build positive relationships with players and parents
- Work collaboratively with the Goal360 coaching team
- Uphold the culture and philosophy of Goal360
Details
Location: The Winstedt School / Premier Pitch (Upper Boon Keng area)
Age Groups: 6–15 years old
Commitment: Part-time / Permanent opportunities available
Training Days: 1 weekday evening + Saturday and Sunday mornings
Preferred Qualifications
- AFC / FAS / UEFA coaching certification (or equivalent)
- Experience coaching youth football
- Playing experience is a bonus, but not required
