Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily IT operations, monitoring and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network, printer issues, video conference)
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary
- Assist in user account management (e.g., password resets, user provisioning, access requests)
- Support asset management activities (e.g., IT inventory tracking, labeling, updates)
- Help in setting up workstations, software installations, and device configurations
- Document support procedures, FAQs, and update the internal knowledge base
- Learn and support IT policies, best practices, and basic IT governance
- Collaborate with other departments on IT related tasks as required
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Team player with a proactive attitude
