Pine Atelier is a multidisciplinary design practice working at the intersection of architecture, interior design, art, and spatial storytelling. Rooted in a deep sensitivity to culture, materiality, and human experience, the studio explores how spatial design and artistic expression can come together to create emotionally resonant environments that go beyond functionality.
Our work spans across architecture, interiors, exhibitions, installations, and public art — ranging from intimate spatial design to large-scale public art installation projects. We approach each project as an opportunity to craft meaningful narratives through space, atmosphere, material, light, and interaction. By blending artistic experimentation with design thinking, we seek to create environments that evoke curiosity, reflection, connection, and a sense of place.
We offer a monthly internship stipend, along with mentorship, hands-on learning, and a chance to contribute meaningfully to live design projects.
Role Overview
We are looking for a thoughtful and hands-on Interior Design Intern to support both spatial design projects and artwork production. This role is ideal for someone who is both design-sensitive and craft-oriented, with an interest in working across scales — from drawings to physical making.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in concept development, mood boards, and material research
- Produce drawings, 3D models, and visualisations (plans, sections, perspectives)
- Support FF&E selection and sourcing of materials, finishes, and furniture
- Help with presentation decks and client submissions
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and documentation when required
- Participate in project coordination, site visits and client presentations
- Support in artwork production
What We’re Looking For
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Strong design sense with attention to detail and efficiency
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in tools such as:
- Rhino / SketchUp / AutoCAD
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Rendering tools (e.g. Enscape, V-Ray)
