ECICS Limited – Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the AR function, including matching of receipts and commission statements in the system.
• Assist with month-end closing, including debtors aging reconciliation, statement of accounts preparation and bank reconciliation.
• Preparing investment journals and reconciliation.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of core system reports to general ledger.
• Assist with preparation of regulatory returns and financial statements.
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
• Meticulous, possesses strong analytical skills and has an eye for details
• Tech Savvy, knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Candidates with system implementation experience are preferred
• No work rights restriction in Singapore
• Able to commit to 5 -days work week an at least 4 months of internship
