Responsibilities
1. Location Scouting & Feasibility Checks:Assist the Location Manager and Production team in identifying, visiting, and assessing potential filming locations around Singapore, ensuring they align with creative and logistical needs (e.g. accessibility, noise levels, lighting, and permits).
2. Permit Coordination:Support the process of applying for location permits through agencies like IMDA's Film Facilitation Office, NParks, LTA, or HDB, depending on the shoot site.
3. Stakeholder Liaison:Notify and coordinate with affected residents, building management, and local authorities regarding filming schedules.
4. Public Relations and Safety:Act as the first point of contact for the public during filming, maintaining good relations with property owners, residents, and authorities.
5. Pre-Shoot Logistics:Help plan crew parking, base camps, green rooms, and catering zones; ensure all safety protocols comply with Mediacorp's production standards.

1. Strong organizational and logistical planning skills
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for liaising with crew, authorities, and the public
3. Good problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic on-site environments
4. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently under tight shooting schedules
