Overviews:

We're looking for an Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative tasks for a reputable wholesaler and distributor company. The ideal candidate would be someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

 

  • Handle partial sets of accounts
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations
  • Manage Accounts Payable, including issuing payments to trade and non-trade suppliers
  • Reconcile Statements of Account (SOA) against outstanding invoices in the system
  • Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate relevant updates
  • Prepare monthly financial schedules and reports
  • Provide administrative support for office operations
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Accountant

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
