Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across assigned properties to ensure optimal building performance.
  • Conduct daily inspections, complete building checklists, and replace or repair defective components promptly.
  • Respond efficiently to work orders and service requests from tenants and property management.Attend to emergency breakdowns according to the duty roster, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate and support term contract servicing with external vendors and contractors.Monitor, record, and analyze utilities consumption to identify efficiency improvements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels of maintenance materials regularly.
  • Assist in implementing energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices where applicable.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and documentation to support operational transparency.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety regulations, and workplace safety standards.

Requirements

  • NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Hands-on experience in building maintenance, with knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
  • Good communication skills to interact with tenants, management, and contractors.
  • Willingness and ability to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
