The intern will be involved in marketing and creative functions, including:
A. Social Media & Content Creation
- Conceptualise and create content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Assist with photography and videography of café menu items, events, and café ambience
- Edit videos, reels, and short-form content
- Design digital posters, menus, and marketing collaterals
B. Branding & Campaign Support
- Assist in developing branding materials for seasonal promotions (e.g. Christmas, CNY, Mid-Year campaigns)
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Prepare copywriting for social media captions and promotional materials
- Ensure branding consistency across all platforms
C. Marketing Operations
- Conduct simple market research on competitors and trends
- Support café events, workshops, and customer engagement activities
D. Administrative Support
- Organise photo/video assets
- Prepare weekly performance reports (engagement, reach, follower growth)
- Track marketing activities and outcomes
