A Space Between (ASB) is a mental health co-practice space located in Tanjong Pagar. We provide a private, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed environment for independent therapists and well-being practitioners to conduct their sessions.
ASB is not a therapy clinic and does not employ therapists. Our members are private practitioners who manage their own clients, fees, and schedules. We support them by providing a professional space, flexible room bookings, and a calm environment that prioritises both practitioner and client experience.
We believe operational excellence and spatial care are central to the quality of therapeutic work.
We are looking for a grounded and responsible intern to support daily operations and member experience.
This role suits someone who values order, takes initiative, and understands that the atmosphere of a space matters.
Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the space
- Monitor supplies and flag low inventory
- Ensure rooms are reset between bookings
- Support backend admin tasks and documentation
- Support booking-related admin
- Assist with membership coordination and simple logistics’
- Conduct tours for prospective members
- Answer basic questions without overselling
- Represent the brand with warmth and professionalism
- Assist in creating content
- Support simple short-form video editing
- Basic Canva design skills
- Feature in social media collaterals.
- Organised and systems-oriented
- Respectful and positive
- Detail-minded and observant
- Comfortable working independently
- A good communicator
- Skilled in basic content creation and short-form video editing
- Familiar with Instagram and simple analytics
Bonus if you appreciate minimal aesthetics and calm environments.
Work Arrangement- 3 Days per week
- Includes at least 1 Saturday
- Schedule to be agreed upon at the start of the internship
- On-site at International Plaza (Tanjong Pagar)
Students currently pursuing a degree or diploma in:
- Psychology
- Marketing or Communications
- Business or Management
- Hospitality
- Or related fields
